Very easy question to answer.
If you wish to remove genuine it's because your copy of Windows 7 has been counterfeited. To remove it, you must purchase a licence and register your brand new licence with Microsoft.
Microsoft has made it so that if you don't purchase and register you licence within 30 days, you computer will be totally disabled, so I suggest that you hurry up, get your wallet out and rush to your software store and install a legal copy.
