Hello everyone!
My problem is I cannot format my flash or can say Window was unable to complete the format. So, how can I solve with this problem.
I expect that someone will help me to solve this trouble!

90% of the flash drives bought from street vendors are counterfeit and don't contain the advertized memory. When you try to format them you get this message. I advise you to return the flash drive.
