Mouse,Keyboard,and monitor wont work

Hello,

My tower will turn on and the keyboard will light up but will stay stuck light up on the num lock. I try moving my mouse and nothing will happen i clicked a button on the monitor and it said power save mode move mouse or click a button on the keyboard. I tried doing that and yet it still wont work and the num lock light will not go off. My tower will run but nothing else will work.
