No sound on computer

Hello,

need help to get sound back on my computer unsure how to reload information or where to restore the sound

Hi,
Try to restore your system by clicking the list programs > accessories > system tools > system restore and choose from the option botton where the last time or date that your computer was running ok.

i rebooted my computer and i dont have sound in my computer i dont even have the icon i got my computer from rent a center can anyone help me

Hello,

Since we moved to Malaysia, I've been having though time with my PS3, I have picture, but no sound. All cables are in tact. What should I do..? Please someone HELP!!!!!

Hello,

okay, it just happened today, the sound from my pc works fine; I can hear my music, videos, etc.

but when it comes to browsing on the internet, there is no sound! I go to youtube to watch a few vids and no sound! ive reinstalled my browser numerous times, and even downloaded a sound software. nothing!

any ideas?System Configuration: Windows XP
Firefox 3.0.1

Hello.... I got home from work today and my sound was working I fell asleep for an hour and a half and when I woke up it was no longer working. I have no idea what happened... can someone please help me... I am using windows xp as an operating system. I don't know what else you might need to know but if you need something just ask... I have very little knowledge about computers and would appreciate very detailed and explicit directions... thank you so much for any help you can give me...

No audio when streaming movies online

Hello,

Problem with audio. No sound when streaming movies online. No problem playing DVD through optic drive or iTunes music and YouTube video. Checked sound devise-Realtek HD and it shows that drive is working and speaker set in default settings.

I have Window 7, Toshiba Satellite T215 laptop.

... PROBLEM SOLVED!!! ... I right clicked on You Tube's blank square (black or white) and clicked on "Report playback issue" ... I did and that took me to the following page:
