Hello,
I have a Toshiba Satellite M105 S1021. I wanted to upgrade to 2GB RAM, so I bought the prescribed memory sticks from crucial.com. At first, I didn't know that there was only one memory slot in the bottom access panel (I didn't know then that the other one was under the keyboard). So I installed one stick, and tried to start the computer--it won't start. I then took the laptop apart(just enough to get under the keyboard) and I installed the other 1GB stick. I did not disconnect any cords or lines to anything. I put it back together...it still wouldn't start. I reset the battery. no joy. With the power cord plugged in, a couple of green lights are on. I don't know what else to do. Please help....thanks.

It will need to be disassembled and reassembled by a qualified technician. I broke a laptop this past week doing a similar task. Good Luck.
