Hello,
I have a laptop with windows vista! it will not connect to the internet with both the wireless and the Ethernet cable. i have tried nearly everything and it wont budge!!! I have even tried to reprogramme and install windows 7 and it wont let it!!!! anyone??? help please!! :)

Hello,
Try this 1
If you have installed Windows 7 then make sure that you have installed your
network drivers. You can download the drivers from the manufactures website.
If the drivers are installed then follow the below instructions
Click on Start -->In search box, type cmd and press Enter.
"Command Prompt" will be opened. Now enter the below command
ping 127.0.0.1 --> Press Enter.
Let me know if you are getting a "Reply from ...." messages or not
Also let me know your router brand name and model number.
