Toshiba restart problem

Hello,
MY Toshiba satellite C660-24G doesnot able to start the windows.
It only starts when at first i should power the the button and Ishould press the ESC key and there is a red screen menu :- options are
1. Windows with SLIC Loader (default)\
2. Windows without Loader
3. Windows with SLIC Loader (windows with alternaive method)
...................etc

when i select second option the windows starts normally . If i select other options my laptop restarts automatically. plz help me soon to solve these problem.
I formatted my laptop and also it didn't work.

If you formatted you laptop then you have wiped the operating system partition. You must perform a clean install of Windows since formatting probably erased the Backup Partition. Try pressing repeatedly while booting and see if you can get some recovery options. On some Toshibas you must keep the ZERO key pressed while pressing power on to access recovery partition.
