Unable to open my memory card

Hello, i had set password to my memory card.one day without knowing i had pressed the factory settings, after that i am unable to open my memory card and it is asking to enter the password that i had set to it and now i am unable to remember that password could you please help me to how to unlock it. I had some important files in it please reply me as soon as possible.
