Laptop Problem

Hello,

My laptop is showing me the same icon for all my files on my desktop and when I double click on a file on the desktop, it opens the same file that is showing on the icon. Just like a general setting. But the names of my files are still the same. Please now can I rectify this problem.

Hello,

Try this 1

First try "System Restore" from the Windows.

If the problem still exists then let me know your Operating System.

Its actually windows 7 toshiba
