You're going to need to try and log into your email account by visiting this web address here:
https://login.live.com
If you cannot login click on the link which says "Cant access your account?"
From here this will take you through some steps to help you recover your account.
If this fails then I suggest you open up a new case on their Windows Live Support Forum to assist you in getting your password recovered.
