Hello,
I have 3 columns
emp no: Leave type Date leave taken
12 CL 02/12/2011
12 CL 02/13/2011
12 SL 03/14/2011
13 PL 03/ 12 2011
13 PL 03/13/2011

need output as
emp no: Leave type Date leave taken leave end date
12 CL 02/12/2011 02/13/2011
12 SL 03/14/2011 03/14/2011
13 PL 03/ 12 2011 03/13/2011

Please help me out to write a macro in excel to get the desired O/P
