Tried to erase it and it stoped and gave me: "there was an error on erasing please restart..."

My best guess is that you hard drive has failed and needs to be replaced.

Good Luck

Thanks...
But why?? It started when I tried to reinstall the snow leopard on the MacBook after a very slow behavior and over appearance of the f'king beach ball in every second action...
I erased the disk and try to reinstall BUT IT GOT STUCK on creating my account in the middle of installation !!!
Shut down --- nothing.... Shut down----nothing ...a few times and then all the rest...
Hope I am not breaking yo head right now but I am really nothing without this brilliant guy...

Thank...
