I cant surf with my laptop

Hello
couple weeks ago i used to surf using my laptop, i could receive wireless connection or any other type of connection, but now if i go to any hotspot nearby i see that i receive connections, and wheni opened any Browse i cant find the page, i even tried to ping still i cant receive , when i go to my network place to see my connection , right click on wireles, then repaired still it tells me that it repaired the connection, i right click on wireles,go on status check on activity i see that many many packects are sentlike 300 but i receive like 2 , so whenever i try to connect i cant get a connection, i even tried to connect a cable, but still i can get a connection, Please if there is anybody to help me i would be grateful,
