Hello, my name is kelly. one day i was in safeway when i dropped my ipod nano now it has this crack on the side and it will not work. yes i can charge it, but the only way i can listen to music is to thump it against my leg because it's on shuffle. i've been going insane trying to get it to work. can you help me please?

Hi Kelly.

You IPod suffered physical damaged and it can't be repaired through Internet glue or Web soldering.
