Hello,

My account has been blocked and my old email is no longer valid. How can I get it unblocked
My account says it is blocked. My old email address on file is no longer valid and I didn't have a phone listed. There doesn't seem to be any way to get a code to unlock it without an email or phone number.

The only way Hotmail has to ensure that your are the legitimate account owner is to send the code to the address you gave them. Since you cannot access your account to change the address, you are marooned up the stream without an oar.
