Black screen NO BIOS access

Hello,
I have a HP 7060N and something happened. Now on power up the screen is black and none of the F keys work so I have no access to the BIOS. The CD and DVD drive do flash like they are being read and the small light the flashes when the computer is reading the hard drive is always on. How can I get into the setup on the computer?
Help!!
