Hello,

My system is not loading OS Win XP SP2. I have a strange windows logo when I turn on my computer today. I have added pics.

after the loading, my computer loses signal and and then the screen goes blank.

i can only get in under safe mode , which is how i'm using it now. However I got unusual safe mode menu. I cannot even see the options, but I remember which one is for the safe mode with internet.

I have scanned the virus, no virus found. Thank you.

Offhand I would say your video card is failing. Does this computer have a discrete video card that can be removed or is it using an onboard video chip?
I have no problem in safe mode. I can go online in safe mode. Do I need to replace my video card? I have installed the newest video card driver. It doesnot help the problem. Thank you for your reply.

That may be because the display is set to 640x480 and 60 Hrz by default in safe mode. It might be that you have set the video card to a frequency outside the range of the monitor. You can change it in safe mode and then restart.
