Installed new hard drive

Hello, I recently came across a dell tower that had its hard drive removed. I believe that it was networked with another computer. We installed another hard drive but I think the bios is set up not to boot from the hard drive. The old system did not start up with windows setting. I dont know if thats enough information for someone to help but I hope it is a start. Thanks

Either F2 or F12 should get you into the BIOS. Once there you should be able to change the boot order. Good Luck
