I suspect the AGP video card is broken or not compatible with the motherboard. The AGP socket might also be damaged. Can you try another AGP card?

Hi Johnjert,
Please, you may have misplaced the AGP slot. It is just a possibility. The AGP slot is normally further back than the PCI slots. Press the back end of it while you are inserting it.
Make sure that the slot stays firm in there. Try booting with the card inserted while pressing down firmly before screwing it back.
Also, don't forget to update your BIOS if it still doesn't work.

thanks to your answer guys. i just found out that my agp socket is damaged. :(
