Laptop stopped working

Hello, my toshiba laptop stopped working and it shut down and did not turn on back. When i plug in the power supply it does not show that it is charging.
Please help me how i can over come this problem

Have you checked whether the battery is not damaged please?

the battery is working and also the charger is working when inserted in another laptop. And when the battery is charged from another computer and is connected to this laptop, it can power up.

Hello

Try this:

1. Remove the battery
2. Remove the cables
3. Press the start button for 60 seconds
4. Replug the cable and try to start.
