Hello,
my laptop turns on but it says, a disk read error occurred press ctrl+alt+del. To restart. I did it but still doesn't work. Can anyone tell me how to fix this?

The error message indicates that the hard disk has failed or is disconnected. You will probably need to buy a new hard disk and reinstall Windows.
