Hi vinitn,

These are the wireless options available on the Inspiron(TM) 7520/15R:

1. DW1703 WiFi/Bluetooth 4.0 combo card
2. DW1704 WiFi/Bluetooth 4.0 combo card
3. DW1901 WiFi/Bluetooth 4.0 combo card
4. Intel® 2230 WiFi/Bluetooth 4.0 combo card
5. Intel® 6150 WiFi/WiMAX combo card (US only)

First check the type of Bluetooth card in the machine. For this, go to Device Manager through a right click the Computer icon on the Desktop and then select Manage and then Device Manger. In the Device Manager check under Network Adapter or Other Devices, it will show the one of the above listed Bluetooth Cards. Make a note of this.

Next, uninstall any existing Bluetooth drivers/software from Programs and Features in Control Panel.

After you have removed any instance of Bluetooth driver/software visit the following link and download the appropriate driver:

http://www.dell.com/support/drivers/us/en/19/Product/inspiron-15r-se-7520

Install the driver and check if you are able to use the Bluetooth Devices.

Please do write back to us.
