Hello,
I just downloaded from your site the driver for LiDE30 but when I try to use the scanner I get a message that there is no application registered for this event. Can you advise me as to what I should or can do. Thank you

Hi 1keith2,

Try downloading the driver for your CanoScan LiDE 30 from the Canon's website:

https://www.usa.canon.com/internet/portal/us/home/support/details/scanners/support-scanners-canoscan-series/canoscan-lide-30#DriversAndSoftware

Remove any previous versions of the driver. Start to install the driver that you
downloaded from the above link and follow the onscreen instructions.

Do reply with results.
