Hello,
My laptop shut down suddenly by itself when i was watching video, after it shut down , i trid to on , but i can't on... I bought that laptop few weeks ago only... i can't open the laptop and take out the battery as the laptop battery is packed together inside the rest of the hardwares... Please help...

Hello,
If you bought it in few days ago, then there may be a warranty period. It will be better for you to call lenovo customer care for change the battery.
