Hi,

Thank you for the reply. I did all the changes as mentioned but still not able send or receive mails.

I am getting the following error:

For incoming mail repeatedly asking for username and pass word , although I have entered correct username and password.

Send test e-mail message: Your server does not support the connection encryption type you have specified. Try changing the encryption method. Contact your mail server administrator or Internet service provider (ISP) for additional assistance.

Thank you,
Best regards,
Tanza

mail.com as in www.mail.com?

If so, you cannot setup IMAP/POP email with a free account. You will need to upgrade to premium to unlock these features.

to do this, in the top right corner after you've logged into www.mail.com you need to click settings and then POP3 & IMAP.

Still not working. Is there any other way without up-gradation?

No, you have to pay otherwise you have to use the web interface. If you do not upgrade to the paid version you cannot configure Outlook for mail.

You can use Outlook with Mail.com for a POP3 account as a non-premium user.
pop.mail.com port 995 SSL encryption
smtp.mail.com port 587 TSL encryption
