Yes it is from my son I have comcast as my server
I have windows 7 I think it's just regular email I thought maybe it might be in my settings but I don't know how to check it he sent the same email to someone else and it opened fine for them and its only when there is an attachment to download that it opens encrypted

Hi
If you are using Comcast, I suggest you contact them for their interface is unique. It would be a different story if you were using Outlook or Outlook Express.
