I can try assisting you with the issue. Please reply with a few more details about the problem. I would like to know:
1. Does the initial Dell Logo appear when you start the computer?
2. Did you make any recent Hardware or Software changes to the computer?
3. If you see the initial Dell Logo, try tapping the F8 key and see if it gives any results.
4. Also, try running the diagnostics on the computer and reply if you get any error codes or beeps (to start diagnostics shut down the computer, press and hold the Fn key on the keyboard and then press the power button till the computer powers on)
