Hello,
i brought a new hp computer.
the sound have a mute button. it does not work.
it says i have to plug speakers which i have, that worked once. how can the sound be on without the speakers, just the monitor

- Try to uninstall / reinstall your sound card drivers.
- Try with a headset, that you know for sure that it's working
