Hello,
I just got this laptop, its a windows 8, and every time I plug in my ipod nano and it starts to sync it gives me a blue screen and crashes my computer. Could someone please tell me how to keep this from happening. Thank you so much

Does the Nano work OK with other computers?
Can you try another USB cable?
