Installation Problem with Headphone with Mic in Windows 8

Hello,

I bought new iBall Rocky make multimedia Headphone with mic. when I try to connect from the front panel of 3 mm jack with my Desktop PC it doesn't get detected. nor i get any type of sound output.

I got Windows 8 OS

Also I checked my device manger - sound, video & Game Controller section where I found below two name as
1) High Defination Audio Device
2) HSPADataCard USB Audio Control.

What does this Indicate ? are they Sound Card Names ? pl Specify

Presently i Hv not installed any speakers to my PC.

Hi Hi.nilesh4u,

High Definition Audio Device might be the HDMI audio output and HSPADataCard USB Audio Control is the sound card. Try obtaining the Device Instance ID of both of these. To obtain the Device Instance ID:

1. Right click the "High Definition Audio Device".
2. Click Properties.
3. Go to the Details tab, and then select Device Instance Id from the drop down list.
4. Make a note of this Device Instance ID.
5. Repeat steps 1 through 5 for "HSPADataCard USB Audio Control".

In your reply please include both the Device Instnace IDs, so that I can check if I can find a compatible driver to fix the problem.

Hi Nilesh,

Try to uninstall and then install the Audio Drivers for HSPADataCard USB Audio Control. You can get the driver from support site of the manufacturer of your computer or from the Drivers Disc that came with the computer. Also, you can check the below mentioned link for the driver:
