Well first of all you need skype. If you don't have it download it its free just look it up online. once you set up an account and have opened skype, there is a tab at the top that says contacts, click on it and some options should appear. Click on add contact, type in the skype name you received. Browse through them and see which person it is that you know or looks familiar. Add them. When the come online you can text chat them, or call them. You can chat via webcam or just voice chat. I recommend a webcam with a mic. If you don't have one, headphones with a built in mic will do.
