Hello,

Try this 1

1) Check your firewall settings in Windows. Some Antivirus applications comes

with "Firewall" option. So make sure its not blocking your application.

2) Try temporary disabling your Windows Firewall \ Antivirus and check if the

application is now able to connect to the internet.

3) Reinstall the application.

Good Luck

the message is standard page not available in internet explorer. when i run the software, it automatically open its own version of internet explorer. it says page not available. please check your connection, please refresh later. it has no tool bar and no right click..
