Hello,
Try this 1
1) Check your firewall settings in Windows. Some Antivirus applications comes
with "Firewall" option. So make sure its not blocking your application.
2) Try temporary disabling your Windows Firewall \ Antivirus and check if the
application is now able to connect to the internet.
3) Reinstall the application.

hi..thanks for the advice..but that didnt work..my firewall already disable..and i even add the program to the exception list eventough its disable. the lan setting also disable. i have install and remove the program countless time now.. i even use the safe mode..nothing seems to help..the only thing i didnt try is reformat..thats my last resort.i really didnt want to reformat. pls help... ='(

Try this 1
The Lan should be in enabled mode. Go to your network options --> Right-click on the network icon and select the option "Enable".

HI..sorry, what i mean not the networking LAN..the LAN setting in internet option..under the connection tab..the part where it ask for proxy and stuff..the network LAN works fine..i can access all the shared files..in addition to my attemps to solve this prob, i even uninstall the net framework..is it related..thanks again...
