Try this 1
Try installing the Acer Launch Manager. Click on the below link and follow the
instructions.
https://www.acer.com/ac/en/IN/content/drivers
Enter the model name or the serial number --> Click on "Application" -->
Download the "Acer Launch Manager" and install it.
