Hello,
My grandparents came back from Florida and tried to boot up their e-machine. They left it up in Northern Michigan for the winter in the house. There was no heat there all winter. Now when they turn it it on they get a message on their screen that says RGB no signal. Did they screw it up leaving it in the cold all winter??? Any suggestions. They are not very computer literate.

It means that the screens works properly, but it doesn't receive any data from the central unit.
1-Check if the VGA cable (blue) is correctly plugged
2-Can you hear fans make noise when you turn on the PC ?
3-When the PC is booting, can you see the Hard-disk LED waver ?
