if position of numbers do not change, you can compare via formula easily or even side by side. How ever if the position of number do change, then what two totals ( one from each sheet) or subtotals need to be compared needs to be answered and determined.

Can these numbers and subtotals get highlighted once the comparison is done automatically?
Mean to say is i need to compare the whole sheet and only the changed value should get highlighted.
Is there any direct comparison method.

if you have a surety that cells position will not change, then you can use conditional formatting to change color. again as i said all depends if positions are fixed or not

yes the cell position donot change... they are same as before..
occasionally one or two titles get changed which i get reported in advance.

could you post a sample workbook at some public file sharing site like speedyshare.com and post back here the link to the actual file itself back here to help in seeing what u want
