See Blue Screen Physical Memory Dump Error occur due to the these reasons:
1. Problem in the hardware and software
2. Windows Registry Errors
3. So many programs running at a same time
First start your system in a safe mode and then if you have installed any new software then uninstalled it. If still any problem use the registry cleaner program to solve the windows registry error.

Try this 1
First check your RAM. A bad RAM will result such problems.

Hello,
when turning the PC on can you please continuously press F8 until you get the advanced boot menu option.
Select Disable Automatic Restart on System Failure
This will mean when the PC BSOD, the message will stay on there until you restart the computer.
note down the error and the error code (e.g.. 0x00000fe)
Post the results here.
Also, if you can get in to windows long enough, may I suggest you install this software to your PC as it will interpret the mini dump file which is created during a BSOD and will indicate the problem.

No, it's hardware!
Try this:
1. On start up, press F2 to enter BIOS
2. Expand the "Drives" section
3. Go to "SATA Operation"
4. Change this from "RAID Auto/AHCI" to "RAID Auto/ATA"
