Hello,
Try this 1
Click on Start --> In search box type devmgmt.msc and press Enter. If you are using Windows XP then type
devmgmt.msc in "Run".
"Device Manager" will be opened.
Is there any yellow mark ? Also let me know your OS you are using and your laptop model number.
