I installed a new hard drive in my toshiba laptop
I went to recover with disk and it told me boot manager was missing. How do I go about restoring with my disks??

Hi lady libra,
Please check the below mentioned link for details on recovering your Toshiba Laptop to factory settings:

As you have changed the Hard Drive, the recovery partition is lost; you can try doing a clean install of Windows on the laptop instead.
