This always shows upon start up: Windows cannot find 'csrcs.exe'

This is probably left after your Antivirus deleted the file, It left the start command.
If you don't have it already, download and install CCleaner:
Just Google CCleaner to a download location.
Making a donation before downloading is optional, it is technically free.
Once installed, run the program.
Click on TOOLS > Startup
Now go through the list shown in the middle of the screen and spot the entry that is causing the problem. Select it, then click Disable.
While you're in there, disable anything else you don't need running ALL the time, like RealPlayer updater, Quicktime, Adobe Reader updater....there will probably be a lot of programs you use occasionally you didn't know loaded part of themselves when you startup. Disable them.
