Acer aspire 3820tg not black screen

Hello, I get a black screen when I boot. Idk how to do those hocus pocus fancy plugging into another com... It boots and LEDs, fan and screen works but black screen...

Hello,

Try this 1

1) Unplug the power cord --> Remove the battery --> Hold the power button for

60 seconds --> Connect the power supply then try to switch ON the laptop and

later put the battery back into the laptop.

2) If the problem still exists then click on the below link and follow the instructions

Thank you so much! your tip on the ram solved my display problem of my acer aspire 3820TG.. too bad I already bought a desktop to replace it. dam!! should have researched online earlier..

Didn't work... I don't have external monitor and idk how to take out the ram!!! I'm only 13...
