Hello,

Good afternoon, Can you tell me what could be the reason why my PC is telling me that there is sound device installed and how can i reinstall the sound device, thanks.

Thanks for your concern Bionik, the brand name is Acer Aspire 5520-5201

Your sound driver is available in the Acer official Website.

Click to the link below and choose the model of your laptop regarding your OS then download and install the driver:
