I have a lenovo thinkpad E520. It's only 15 months old. Last week it would not switch on. I contacted Lenovo "Support". They tell me it's out of warranty and wont fix it without charging me an extortionate amount of money.
Can anyone out there help me with this problem?
I suggest you get a local PC repair shop to do a diagnostic of the laptop. Someone really needs hands-on access to diagnose your problem. It's true that repairing a broken laptop is often more expensive that buying a new one.
