Hello,
Try this 1
Go to BIOS --> Load default settings and check if you are able to see your
USB device under the Boot priority --> Save the settings and exist from the BIOS.
If the problem still exists then let me know your motherboard brand name
and complete model number.

ive already try the default settings... and my usb is not blinking during the booting process

Go to CMOS settings --> Look for the options related to USB Example: Onboard USB and make sure its not set to disabled.

where could i find the cmos settings? does all laptop can read bootable usb?

Try this 1
To enter into the CMOS\BIOS settings, switch on your laptop and then at the bottom you can find the key that need to be pressed to enter into the setup. Example F1=Setup. You need to press that particular key after switching on your laptop.
