(Help)Disk read error press ctrl+alt_del!Closed

Question

Hello,   

can anyone help me with my serious problem?  

whenever i turn my laptop on...i always notice the disk read error.  

then i tried to boot the laptop using my windows xp cd..   

then after that i notice in the monitor saying "press any key to boot from cd".. then "inspecting your computer for configuration" when suddenly the monitor turns black..  

i dont see any windows setup on the monitor.. i suspect that the hard drive is the problem. bcoz when i transfer the hard drive to another laptop the problem was still the same.. disk read error..press any key to boot from cd..inspecting your computer for configuration..monitor turns black no windows setup appeared!  

please please help.. i dont care if the files will be deleted.. i just want my laptop will be alive again  

Compaq notebook model: Pressario V5000 (EZ552UA#ABA).

You will need to replace the hard drive and install a fresh copy of Windows.

Hey! your laptop will be fine as the data is not important for you so, you just need replacement of your old hard drive  with the new one.

is there any method in repairing it? i dont have money to buy new hard drive.!
