Hello,
i have a problem with my ctrl key. i'm using dell laptop. Every time i push that button it will open other application. it realy frustrated because i cannot used ctrlC or ctrlV. Can anybody help me?

Hi adibah,
If you remember I replied to your earlier post stating "this might be an issue with the keyboard settings". You replied to the post after trying the steps stating that the issue got fixed. Try the same steps again and see if it helps. You can refer to the below mentioned link:
