Hi oliwier8,
Try the below mentioned steps and check if you can hear sound from the headphones:
1. Run the Windows Audio Playback Daignose and Repair from this MS Fix it
2. Check the Audio Jacks and audio cables for damage.
3. Check for Hardware or Software Configuration Changes (Audio Properties in Windows).
4. Download and Install the Latest Audio Drivers from the audio Card's/Motherboard's manufacturer's website.
5. Test another known good head phones or external speakers. If passes, Replace the headphones.
Do reply with results.
