Hello,
Try this 1
Go to your manufacture's website and download the drivers.
Click on the below link and follow the on-screen instructions.
https://www.acer.com/ac/en/US/content/drivers
If you failed to find the Windows 7 drivers then download the Windows XP\Vista
and then try installing the driver in compatibility mode.
Click on the below link for the instructions

I would go to google type in accer 3100 click on support look for the drivers download to stick place in computer go to START click on my computer right click on the screen go to properties click on Hardware click on Device Manager find the one that is yellow open that right click then click driver update tell it where to look and download the drivers from the stick Hope this helps

Try this 1
Click on Start --> In search bar, type devmgmt.msc and press Enter. "Device Manager" will be opened. There should be a yellow mark in the device manager.
Double click on that the yellow mark. Its properties window will be opened.
Select "Details" tab and then select "Hardware ids" from the drop down menu in property section.
Let me know the complete "Ven" and "Dev" details. Example : ven_100 && dev_200
