Formatting laptop

Hi. Please I need help , when I try to boot my laptop it shows on the screen that the time and date is not correct then the system will hang there and when trying to format the system it will load and then stop loading n hang without completing the formatting

If the date and time are incorrect then I suspect that the CMOS battery needs to be replaced. I suggest you have a repair shop replace the battery since a laptop requires that the case be disassembled.
