Hi Javan,
it sounds like youre trying to use internet explorer by using the Internet Explorer Application rather then running it from the desktop.
If you look in your start menu you'll see the internet explorer tile there. If you open it up it opens up in full screen mode - This is the application. (from the app store) this is meant for touch screen laptops/tablets.
before you click into this app, right click it and pin to taskbar. click into your desktop and it will be at the bottom.
