Windows xp hp recovery disc down loaded to my Toshiba tecra

Hello,
I have downloaded HP Windows XP recovery disc to my Toshiba Tecra 8100. Download was complete and it restarted and everytime I restart it it says
"Stop: c000021a {Fatal System Error}
The session Manager Initialization system process terminated unexpectedly with a
status of 0x0000034 (0x00000000 0x00000000).
The system has been shut down.
I restarted it eight times and he keeps saying what I just type.
WHAT DO I DO TO GET IT STARTED?
I have download the same disc to another Toshiba Tecra 8100 and had no problems.

Hello,

Where did you download the recovery disk from ? Toshiba has a special partition to reset to factory settings.

Any how the code 0x00000034 indicates a memory problem. I suggest that you clean your memory sticks and then test them one at a time.

Were is the memory card located I had it for my old hp laptop I have
